These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Coffee Amnesia mobile application and related services ("App") provided by Coffee Amnesia ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Coffee Amnesia. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian.
You may sign up using an email address, Apple Sign In, or Google Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@coffeeamnesia.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Coffee Amnesia offers a free tier and a Premium subscription ("Coffee Amnesia Premium") available on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account.
Free tier users are limited to 10 drink log entries per calendar month.
You may upload photos and text ("User Content") when logging drinks. You retain ownership of your User Content. By uploading it, you grant Coffee Amnesia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and display it solely for the purpose of operating the App.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
Coffee shop owners may claim their shop's listing on Coffee Amnesia through the Coffee Amnesia Shop Portal at shop.coffeeamnesia.com. By submitting a claim, you represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of the business.
Claims are reviewed and approved at our sole discretion. Approved owners may update their shop's information, photos, and hours. We reserve the right to revoke owner access if information is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

All content in the App — including design, illustrations, logos, and code — is owned by Coffee Amnesia or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
Coffee shop listings and data in the App are curated by Coffee Amnesia and may not be scraped or republished.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Coffee shop information (hours, location, etc.) is provided for convenience and may not always be accurate or up to date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coffee Amnesia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the United States.
